STANDING ORDER REFERRING SOCIAL SECURITY MATTERS
Social Security matters are hereby referred to the United States Magistrate Judges of the
Midland/Odessa and Pecos Divisions, respectively, to conduct preliminary proceedings in
accordance and not inconsistent with 28 U.S.C. § 626(b) and Appendix C, Local Rules for
