ORDER REGARDING ASSIGNMENT OF COURT BUSINESS
In light of United States Magistrate Judge Leon Schydlower's confirmation and
appointment as United States District Judge for the Western District of Texas, the
District Clerk's Office is hereby directed to reassign all matters referred to, assigned to,
or currently pending on the magistrate docket of Judge Schydlower, pursuant to 28
U.S.C. § 636, the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the Federal Rules of Criminal
Procedure, and Rule l(c) of Appendix C of the Local Rules of the United States District
Court for the Western District of Texas. All cases are to be randomly reassigned
between the dockets of United States Magistrate Judges Robert Castaneda, Anne
Berton, and Miguel Torres, respectively.
