IN RE: FORT HOOD CVB STANDING APPOINTMENT ORDER
In the interest of justice, the Court hereby appoints the Federal Public Defender’s Office to
represent any defendant arrested on a CVB warrant issued by the Court. This appointment does
not extend to any misdemeanor or felony currently pending within the Western District of Texas,
Waco Division. All appointments shall end upon disposition of the CVB ticket. The Clerk of the
Court is hereby authorized to disclose documents which are not otherwise available through
PACER to the Federal Public Defender’s Office.
