STANDING ORDER
Unless the Court notifies the Clerk of the Court otherwise, the Clerk shall appoint the
Federal Public Defender to represent all defendants in cases charged as petty offenses before the
Court in the Pecos Division of the Western District of Texas. The Federal Public Defender and
the Government shall notify the Court of any potential conflicts of interest that may arise from
such appointments.
