in the Midland/Odessa and Pecos Divisions
STANDING ORDER
Attorneys who accept appointments to represent incl igent defendants pursuant to the
Criminal Justice Act ("CJA") in the Midland/Odessa and Pecos Divisions shall attend the
training seminar for CJA attorneys, provided annually by the Federal Public Defender, a
minimum of once every two years.
Adopted and approved by the Court on this 4 th day of February, 2025.
