The following standing order is hereby ADOPTED:
STANDING ORDER MC-12 FILING OF ANSWERS AND DEFENSES
(a) The court's procedure for filing answers and defenses supplants the procedure
contained in Local Rule CV-12.
(b) Counsel may, by motion, request that the deadline be extended for a defendant to answer
the complaint or file a motion under FED. R. CIV. P. 12(b).
(c) No requests for extensions of deadlines may be made by application to the clerk.
This order applies to all pending cases and to those filed on or after the date of this order.
