(a) Appeals. Bankruptcy appeals shall be handled in accordance with L.B.R. 8000 and
L.B.R. 8006.
(b) Oral Argument. Oral argument is not permitted absent a specific order of the Court.
(c) Bankruptcy Appeals Panel. The Western District of Tennessee has adopted the use of
the Bankruptcy Appeals Panel. Any rules of the Bankruptcy Appeals Panel shall
supersede these rules for such appeals.
