If the Court obtains jurisdiction over an action subject to the Local Patent Rules after an
Initial Response has been filed, the time for serving disclosures set forth in LPR 3.1, 3.5, 3.9, and
4.1 shall commence from the day the Court acquires jurisdiction, rather than the date the Initial
Response is filed.
