STANDING ORDER
The Clerk for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee is
hereby permitted to accept special penalty assessment, restitution, and fine payments prior to
sentencing in a criminal case, provided that a plea has been accepted or the verdict has been
rendered. Restitution funds are to be held in the deposit fund until further order of this Court.
