AND NOW, this 15th day of May, 2026, the Merit Selection Panel selected
to consider the reappointment of Richard A. Lanzillo as a United States Magistrate
Judge for the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania
having met and duly considered the comments of the members of the bar and the
public, the qualifications and past performance of Magistrate Judge Lanzillo, and having
advised this Court in writing of their recommendation for reappointment,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED by the Board of Judges, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 631,
that Richard A. Lanzillo shall be reappointed United States Magistrate Judge for the
United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania for a term of eight
years, commencing on September 24, 2026.
