ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER CLOSING ERIE DIVISION
DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER
AND NOW, this 31st day of December, 2025, due to imminent and hazardous
weather conditions impacting the region; IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT the Erie Division
of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania will be closed for
business starting at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 31, 2025. The Court is also closed on
January 1, 2026, in observance of the Federal Holiday. Unless otherwise noted, the Court will
reopen for regular business on January 2, 2026. Any updates or additional closure information
related to the current weather event will be posted on the Court’s website at
www.pawd.uscourts.gov. Electronic case filing in CM/ECF will remain available on this date, as
will the Pittsburgh and Johnstown Divisions of the Court.
