LOCAL RULE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE 83.5.2(b)
ORDER
AND NOW, this 13th day of February, 2023, the Judges of the United States
District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania having adopted a revised fee, which
will be charged for lawyers seeking to practice in this Court who are not currently members
in good standing of the bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, who seek to actively
participate in the conduct of any trial or pretrial or post-trial proceeding in this Court,
pursuant to Local Rule of Civil Procedure 83.5.2(b), it is ORDERED that this fee shall be
Seventy-five dollars ($75.00) and will become effective on April 14, 2023.
