IN RE: LOCAL RULES OF BANKRUPTCY PROCEDURE
ORDER
AND NOW, this 18th day of November, 2024, it appearing that this Court is vested with
authority, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2071(b), Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 83, and Federal Rule
of Bankruptcy Procedure 9029(a);
AND, in accordance with the Resolution of the Judges of the Court on June 10, 2024,
the Court having approved the amendments to the Local Bankruptcy Rules and Forms, as
modified after public comment;
AND, the amendments having been requested by the United States Bankruptcy Court for
the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, it is hereby
ORDERED that the amendments to Local Bankruptcy Rules 1017-1, 2016-4, 3011-1,
5005-4, 6004-1, 9013-2, 9014-3, 9014-4, and 9076-1, and Forms 9014-3A, 9014-3B, 9014-4
and 3015-1 as set forth on the attachments to this Order, are APPROVED AND ADOPTED
effective December 1, 2024.
It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall transmit a copy of the Local
Bankruptcy Rules and Forms, as amended, to the Director of the Administrative Office of the
United States Courts and the Judicial Council of the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and make
said Rules available to the bar and public via the Court website, www.paeb.uscourts.gov.
