(a) One hundred eighty (180) days after the time for appeal has expired
following final judgment or one hundred eighty (180) days after a cause is
settled of record, each video recording filed of record shall be returned to
the party who caused it to be filed.
(b) Nothing in this rule shall prevent this Court from making such other order with
respect to any video recordings as it may deem advisable.
