ORDER
In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 2071(b), amendments to the Local
Rules of Civil Procedure and Local Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure have been proposed,
submitted for public comment, and adopted by the Court on November 26, 2025.
In accordance with this Order, the amendments to Local Rules of Civil Procedure and
Local Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure will take effect on Dec,ember 1, 2025, and will apply,
insofar is just and practicable, to all proceedings then pending.
The Clerk of Court is directed to provide public notice of the amended local rules on the
Court's website at ord.uscourts.gov, to the Administrative Office of the United States Courts,
and to the Judicial Council of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
