ORDER
Pursuant to the provisions of the Federal Magistrates Act of 1979 (P.L. 96-82), the Court, in
accordance with the regulations promulgated by the Judicial Conference of the United States,
appointed a Merit Selection Panel by order dated January 17, 2025 . Public notice was published and
posted in accordance with the statutes. The Merit Selection Panel met and has submitted its report to
the Court.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that AMY E. POTTER is appointed to the position of United
States Magistrate Judge (full-time) in Eugene, Oregon, for an eight-year term commencing September
2, 2025.
