A Committee on Local Civil Rules comprised of members of the bar and judiciary of
this court and the court clerk or the court clerk’s designee shall be appointed by the court.
Such committee shall accept comments and recommendations regarding the local civil rules
from any member of the bar of this court or any other interested person.
