All checks drawn by the clerk of this court on deposits made in the registry of the
court shall be made payable to the order of the payee or payees as the name or names thereof
shall appear in the orders of this court providing for distribution.
Disbursements from the registry of the court shall be made immediately upon receipt of
the order for disbursement and after the Social Security or tax identification number of the
payee has been orally communicated to the court clerk financial administrator, except in
cases where it is necessary to allow time for a check or draft to clear or in cases where an
order is appealable and must be held until the time for appeal has expired.
