Upon application of the government, a summons or arrest warrant on an information
or indictment may be filed under seal. Such seal shall be lifted upon the arraignment of
any defendant named therein. The court may extend the time for sealing the summons or
warrant upon motion for good cause shown. (See also LCrR12.2 for Motions to Seal.).
