MINUTES OF THE JUDICIAL COUNCIL
OF THE TENTH CIRCUIT
October 22, 2024
The Judicial Council approved the Western District of Oklahoma’s amended
Criminal Justice Act Plan. The district may choose the effective date of its new plan, and
shall notify the Administrative Office of the United States Courts of the modifications to
the plan, in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 3006A(a)(3).
