ORDER
In accordance with section 8(A) of the General Order Regarding Court Reporters:
Plan for Management of Court Reporting Services (G.O. 21-8)(filed May 21, 2021), the
Court adopts the maximum per page transcript rates as set by the Judicial Conference of
the United States. The rates for transcripts in this District shall follow the rates as adjusted
from time to time by the Judicial Conference unless and until the Court orders otherwise.
The rates shall be publicly posted at the Court Clerk's Office and available on the Court's
website.
