OF FULL TIME UNITED STATES GENERAL ORDER 25-06
MAGISTRATE JUDGE, TULSA, OKLAHOMA
ORDER
IN ACCORDANCE with the authority conferred by 28 U.S.C. § 631, et seq., and after due
consideration of the report of the Merit Selection Panel appointed by the Court on January 28,
2025, it is the unanimous agreement of the active Judges of the United States District Court for the
Northern District of Oklahoma that Jodi F. Jayne be and is hereby reappointed to the position of
full time United States Magistrate Judge at Tulsa, Oklahoma.
The said full-time United States Magistrate Judge is to hold and discharge the duties of that
office for a term of eight (8) years from the date of her appointment September 8, 2025, subject to
the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 631(c), unless sooner removed.
The Clerk of the Court shall file this appointment of record this date and forward notice of
the appointment to the Director of the Administrative Office as required by 28 U.S.C. § 631(h).
Magistrate Judge Jodi F. Jayne shall be assigned her equal share of cases by random draw,
under the supervision of the assigned district judge, as are the other magistrate judges of the
district, or in special circumstances as ordered by the Chief Judge of the Northern District of
Oklahoma.
