GENERAL ORDER
On December 4, 2023, Ronald Gene Wade, Jr. was indicted on five counts of Threatening
to Assault, Kidnap and Murder a United States Judge, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §115(a)(1)(B) and
(b)(4) and five counts of cyberstalking, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2261A(2)(B) and 2261(b)(5).
See 23-CR-385-SPF, Dkt. No. 14. These charges arose from conduct directed at several of the
United States Judges of this District. Id., Dkt. No. 1.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that, if Ronald Gene Wade, Jr. should enter either the
Page Belcher Building or the Federal Building on Boulder Avenue, he shall be escorted to and
from either the Office of the Clerk of Court for any filing he may have or for any required Court
appearances. He shall not be permitted to remain within either courthouse unescorted at any time.
