A Committee on Local Rules, comprised of members of the bar of this Court and the Clerk of
Court or the Clerk’s designee, shall be appointed by the Court. Such Committee shall accept
comments and recommendations regarding the local rules from any member of the bar of this
Court or any other interested person and make recommendations to the Court regarding proposed
amendments to the local rules.
