A Committee on Admissions and Grievances shall be appointed by the Court. Membership of the
committee shall be determined by order of the Court. The Committee shall (1) investigate
applications for admission to the bar of this Court referred to the Committee by the Clerk of Court,
and (2) investigate complaints of professional misconduct submitted to the Committee by a judge
of this Court.
