At the commencement of the trial of a civil case or any civil proceeding in which witnesses and
exhibits are utilized, the attorneys shall submit to the Court: 1) a typewritten Witness List for
Trial/Hearing (Form CV-15a) listing the witnesses they expect to call as a witness in chief, and 2)
a typewritten Exhibit List for Trial/Hearing (Form CV-16a) listing the exhibits they intend to
introduce, available on the Court’s website, in compliance with the Procedure for Submitting
Witness and Exhibit Lists to the Court, also available on the Court’s website.
