Applications for search and seizure and tracking device warrants, affidavits in support of such
applications, and warrants shall be filed under seal. Upon return of the warrant, the application,
affidavit(s), inventory, and warrant shall be unsealed unless, on the government’s motion, the Court
orders them to remain under seal.
