ADDITIONAL ATTENDANCE FEE GENERAL ORDER 22-11
Pursuant to 28 U.S.C § 187l(b)(2), upon order of the Court, a petitjuror serving more than
10 days on one case may be paid an additional $10 per day attendance fee for each day in excess
of 10 days.
It is hereby ORDERED that petit jurors serving in the Southern District of Ohio shall be
paid an additional $10 per day attendance fee for each day of service in excess of 10 days. If the
additional attendance fee amount is increased in the future, it is ordered that petit jurors serving
more than 10 days receive the increased amount without the necessity of a new general order.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
