FOR THE SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF OHIO AT COLUMBUS
ORDER
In accordance with the authority conferred by 28 U.S.C. § 631, et. seq., and the regulations of the
Judicial Conference promulgated under authority of 28 U.S.C. § 63 l(B)(S), it is ORDERED that
Chelsey M. Vascura be, and she is hereby appointed as a full-time United States Magistrate Judge at the
salary fixed by the Judicial Conference of the United States with her official duty station being
designated at Columbus.
Chelsey M. Vascura shall enter upon her duties as a United States Magistrate Judge on
July 1, 2017, but prior to entering upon such duties, she shall take the oath or affirmation prescribed by
28 U.S.C. §§ 453 and 631(g).
Chelsey M. Vascma is to hold and discharge the duties of her office for a term of eight (8) years
from the date of her appointment subject to the provisions of28 U.S .C. § 631(c), unless sooner removed.
The Clerk will cause certified copies of this Order to be spread upon the records of the several
divisions of this Court and shall likewise forward a certified copy of this Order to the Director of the
Administrative Office of the United States Courts, as required by 28 U.S.C. § 631(h).
