Chief Bankruptcy Judge John E. Hoffman, Jr., of the United States
Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio having determined to step down
as ChiefJudge on February 25, 2025, it is the Order of this Court that United States
Bankruptcy Judge Beth A. Buchanan is hereby appointed as Chief Judge of the
Bankruptcy Court of this District, effective February 26, 2025, for a period of seven
years from said date.
