In accordance with the authority conferred by 28 U. S. C. § 631, et seq.. and the
regulations ofthe Judicial Conference promulgated under authority of28 U. S. C. § 631 (B)(5) it
is ORDERED that Caroline H. Gentiy be, and she is hereby appointed as a full-time United
States Magistrate Judge at the salary fixed by the Judicial Conference of the United States with
her official duty station being designated at Dayton.
Caroline H. Gentay shall enter upon her duties as a United States Magisti-ate Judgeon
Febmary 7, 2022, but prior to entering upon such duties, she shall take the oath or affirmation
prescribed by 28 U. S. C. §§ 453 and 63 l(g)
Caroline H. Gentry is to hold and discharge the duties ofher office for a tenn ofeight (8)
years from the date ofher appointment subject to theprovisions of28 U. S.C. A§ 631 (c), unless
sooner removed.
The Clerk will cause certified copies ofthis Order to be spread upon the records of the
several divisions ofthis Court and shall likewise forward a certified copy of this Order to the
Director ofthe Administrative Office ofthe United States Courts, asrequired by 28 U. S.C. A§
631 (h).
