Chief Bankruptcy Judge Jeffery P. Hopkins, of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the
Southern District of Ohio having determined to step down as Chief Judge on October 26, 2021, it
is the Order of this Court that United States Bankruptcy Judge John E. Hoffman, Jr. is hereby
appointed as Chief Judge of the Bankruptcy Court of this District, effective October 27, 2021, for
a period of seven years from said date.
