APPOINTMENT OF MERIT
SELECTION PANEL FOR THE
SELECTION OF UNITED STATES
MAGISTRATE JUDGE AT DAYTON
Pursuant to 29 U.S.C. § 631(b)(5), a Merit Selection Panel is hereby appointed for the
purpose of assisting this Court in filling the position of United States Magistrate Judge for the
Southern District of Ohio, Western Division at Dayton.
Such Committee shall be composed of the following persons:
Christine Haaker, Esq. Chair Michael Rake, Esq.
Charlie Faruki, Esq., Vice-Chair Kevin Schad, Esq.
William Beagle Dr. David Stewart
Larry Greger, Esq. Janica Pierce Tucker, Esq.
David Kapor, Esq. Anthony VanNoy, Esq.
Steven Nolder, Esq.
The Panel shall review all applications for the above-mentioned position and may
conduct such interviews as the Panel deems advisable. The Panel is directed to transmit to the
Judges of this Court, on or before January 14, 2021, the five ( 5) most qualified applicants for the
Court's review.
