Pursuantto 29 U. S.C. § 63l(b)(5), a Merit SelectionPanel is hereby appointedfor the
purpose of assistingthis Court in filling the position ofUnited States Magistrate Judgefor the
Southern District of Ohio, Western Division at Cincinnati.
Such Panel shall be composed of the following persons:

Richard Monahan, Esq. Aneca Lasley, Esq.
Kenneth Parker, Esq. Marcie Sherman, Esq.
Lisa McPherson Kelly Rossi, Esq.
Dan-en Mault
The Panel shall review all applications for the above-mentioned position and may
conduct such interviews as the Panel deems advisable. The Panel is directed to transmit to the
Chief Judge of this Court, on or before Tuesday, June 2, 2026, a list of five (5) of the most
qualified applicants for the Court's review.
The Panel has receivedwritten notificationthat former merit selection panel members
serving on either panels for appointments or for reappointments may not apply for a magistrate
judge position within one year of serving on a merit selection panel without a waiver from the
Judicial Conference Committee on the Administration of Magistrate Judges System (Magistrate
JudgesCommittee).
