SELECTION OF UNITED STATES
MAGISTRATE JUDGE AT DAYTON
Pursuant to 29 U.S.C. § 631(b)(5), a Merit Selection Panel is hereby appointed for the
purpose of assisting this Court in filling the position of United States Magistrate Judge for the
Southern District of Ohio, Western Division at Dayton.
Such Panel shall be composed of the following persons:
Jonathan Hollingsworth, Chair Allison Hunter, Esq.
Tamara Sack, Vice Chair Nathaniel Lampley, Jr., Esq.
David DeVillers, Esq. Nadia Klarr-Lampton, Esq.
Isabella Dixon, Esq. Kelly Mulloy Myers, Esq.
Dr. Bruce Hall Robert Walter, Esq.
Reverend William Harden
The Panel shall review all applications for the above-mentioned position and may
conduct such interviews as the Panel deems advisable. The Panel is directed to transmit to the
Judges of this Court, on or before May 14, 2021, a list of five (5) of the most qualified applicants
for the Court's review.
The Panel has received written notification that former merit selection panel members
serving on either panels for appointments or for reappointments may not apply for a magistrate
judge position within one year of serving on a merit selection panel without a waiver from the
Judicial Conference Committee on the Administration of Magistrate Judges System (Magistrate
Judges Committee).
