ADDITIONAL ATTENDANCE FEE GENERAL ORDER 22-10
Pursuant to 28 U.S.C § 187l(b)(3), upon order of the Court, a grand juror serving more
than 45 days of actual service may be paid an additional $10 per day attendance fee for each day
in excess of 45 days.
It is hereby ORDERED that grand jurors serving in the Southern District of Ohio shall be
paid an additional $10 per day attendance fee for each day of service in excess of 45 days. If the
additional attendance fee amount is increased in the future, it is ordered that grand jurors serving
more than 45 days receive the increased amount without the necessity of a new general order.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
