The Clerk’s Office is hereby ordered to randomly reassign the following general civil cases
that are currently on the docket of Senior District Judge James G. Carr from a special general
civil case assignment deck containing one card for each of the other judges in the Western
Division. The original magistrate judge will remain the same.
