Senior District Judge James G. Carr has elected to take inactive status effective
July 1, 2025. Senior District Judge Jack Zouhary has agreed to accept the transfer of
the pending civil and criminal cases on his docket.
Pursuant to Local Civil Rule 3.1(a), the Clerk’s Office is directed to transfer
the following cases to Senior District Judge Jack Zouhary:
