At the Special Judges’ Meeting held on July 27, 2020, the Court approved the adoption
of a policy that routine requests for Criminal History Calculation Reports will not be
granted absent exceptional circumstances. Routine requests based upon the possibility
of career offender or armed career criminal status are not considered exceptional
circumstances.
