The Clerk’s Office is hereby ordered to randomly reassign the following social security
and Section 2254 habeas case that are currently on the docket of Senior District Judge
James G. Carr from a special social security civil case assignment deck containing two
cards for each of the other judges in the Western Division and a special Section 2254
habeas civil case assignment deck containing one card for each of the other judges in
the Western Division and the judges in the Eastern Division. The original magistrate
judge will remain the same.
