General Order 86 captioned “Amendment of Local Civil Rule 20” entered on October 2,
1984, is hereby vacated.
All Central Violation Bureau (CVB) citations and/or complaints charged by the National
Park Service law enforcement for conduct committed in the Cuyahoga Valley National
Park in either Cuyahoga or Summit Counties shall be filed in Akron and proceed on the
Akron Magistrate Judge’s docket.
All CVB citations and/or complaints charged for conduct at a Social Security
Administration facility in the Northern District of Ohio, Eastern Division in counties within
the Cleveland and Akron areas, except at the Social Security office in the Akron
Courthouse, shall be filed in Cleveland and proceed on the assigned Cleveland
Magistrate Judge’s docket. Citations and/or complaints charged for conduct at the
Social Security office in the Akron Courthouse, shall be filed in Akron and proceed on
the Akron Magistrate Judge’s docket.
All CVB citations and/or complaints charged for conduct at Veteran’s Administration
facilities in the Northern District of Ohio, Eastern Division in counties within the
Cleveland and Akron areas, shall be filed in Cleveland and proceed on the assigned
Cleveland Magistrate Judge’s docket.
