Pursuant to the requirements of the E-Government Act and Judicial Conference
Policy, transcripts of proceedings held before the U.S. District Court in the Northern
District of Ohio have been filed with the Court in electronic format since May 12, 2008.
This Court follows the Judicial Conference policy on electronic availability of transcripts
before making official transcripts of Court proceedings electronically available to the
public. Voir dire transcripts will not be filed as part of the public record unless otherwise
ordered by the Court.
This Court’s policy and instructions regarding the electronic availability of
transcripts of Court proceedings are available on the Court’s website.
