By mail vote, the Court approved the recommendation of the Committee on
Criminal Practice and Rules to adopt the Administrative Office recommendation that
Courts direct the Chief Pretrial Services and Probation Officer to add wording to all
warrant/summons requests to include a sworn declaration that the statements made in
support of those requests are true and correct.
Accordingly, the Chief Pretrial Services and Probation Officer is hereby directed to
implement this new practice.
