The Clerk’s Office is hereby ordered to randomly reassign criminal case 3:24-cr-00112 USA v.
David Corson, which is currently on the docket of Senior District Judge James G. Carr, from a
special general criminal case assignment deck containing one card for each of the other judges
in the Western Division. The original magistrate judge will remain the same.
Additionally, any future reassignment of criminal cases with 5 or more defendants currently on
the docket of Senior Judge James G. Carr will be processed using a special 5+ defendant
criminal case assignment deck containing one card for each of the other judges in the Western
Division. The original magistrate judge will remain the same.
Any future criminal case reassignments from the docket of Senior District Judge James G. Carr
will be processed using the special criminal case assignment decks described above in
accordance with this order.
