(a) All orders, whether by consent or otherwise, shall be presented for approval and
execution to the assigned judge.
(b) Orders may be issued as text-only entries on the docket without an attached,
signed document. Such orders are official and binding. The Clerk’s Office will send a paper
copy of the text-only order to any non-ECF filers in the case. See General Order 22, section 8.1.
