PRE-2024 COMMITTEE NOTE
This recommended Local Civil Rule is derived from prior Local Civil Rules 26.5 and
26.7, which applied to the Eastern District only. The Committee endorses the goals of
professional cooperation and courtesy embodied in this recommended Local Civil Rule
and recommends that the rule be made applicable to both the Southern and Eastern
Districts.
