10 Pursuant to 18 U.S. Code § 3606, it is hereby ordered, to secure after-hours,
11 weekend, or holiday emergency warrants when it is determined that an offender
12 presents an imminent threat to the community or specific third party, a U.S. Magistrate
13 Judge of this Court is authorized to issue an emergency warrant on behalf of the
14 Presiding District Judge when such warrant is presented by a United States Probation
15 Officer.
