10 Except as otherwise authorized, all wireless communications devices shall be
11 turned-off while in any courtroom.
12 Wireless communication devices are electronic devices that are capable of either
13 sending or receiving data such as text messages, still images or movies. Such devices shall
14 include, but are not limited to, mobile phones, laptop computers and personal digital
15 assistants (PDAs) that are capable of sending or receiving text or pictures, or of recording
16 or transmitting, sounds, images or movies.
