11 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that effective immediately, the policy set forth in
12 Local Rule 1A 2-1(d) is hereby amended as follows: Unless provided by special court
13 order, no person may carry or possess firearms or deadly weapons in any United States
14 courthouse in this district without the express approval of the presiding judge. The
15 District of Nevada Judges, the United States Marshal, any deputy marshal, and officers
16 of the Federal Protective Service are exempt from this provision.
