ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
In furtherance of the Order entered on October 1, 2025, Misc. Nos. 25-MC-00004-28 and
25-MC-00027-03, concerning the matter addressing the Stay of Civil Cases Involving the United
States, and pursuant to Paragraph 10 of the Order, the Court has been informed that
appropriations have been restored to the Department of Justice, and the Court hereby lifts the
stay order. Absent further order of the Court, all existing deadlines, due dates or cut-off dates in
civil cases impacted by the Order are extended for 43 days, the period of time commensurate
with the duration of the lapse in appropriations.
